Women Leading the Way became a place where many inspiring and prominent women talk in their own voices through written interviews. Now is the time to talk out loud and give them a sounding voice in the podcast.

Each episode is built as an honest conversation about a career in technology-driven sectors. We want to understand how it feels to navigate uncertainty and find a balance between ambition and resilience.

The premiere episode, “Community Is the Real Power in Web3,” features Danielle Marie, founder of All Things Blockchain and creator of EvolveH3R. In conversation with host Maria Tunikova, she explains why strong communities are the real foundation of the crypto ecosystem and why this area is not about hype.

Danielle shares insights from her experience of building Web3 communities across different regions. She discusses the importance of education and understanding blockchain fundamentals and reflects on how mentorship and support help women grow in a largely male-dominated industry.
