Women Leading the Way is an independent initiative created by Drofa Comms, a global PR agency. The project is dedicated to supporting and advancing women’s leadership across finance, fintech, and technology.

Despite meaningful progress in recent years, women continue to be underrepresented in senior and decision-making roles within the financial sector. This initiative was created to close this gap. 

We provide a platform where women can share professional insight, real-world experience, and personal perspectives — while strengthening the visibility of female voices in industries that remain largely male-dominated.

Women Leading the Way is a multi-format ecosystem that includes:

• a digital interview series with women leaders across finance and technology

• a podcast featuring in-depth, long-form conversations

• an annual print journal dedicated to contemporary female leadership

• online and offline events designed for dialogue, learning, and connection

At its core, the project exists to create space for meaningful dialogue and to ensure that women are not only entering the industry, but actively shaping its future.
